Ingredients:
- 32 oz chicken, veggie, or bone broth/stock
- 1 whole chicken (cut into pieces; see prep instructions below)
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 leek, chopped
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 large tomato, peeled (yes, peel the tomato—trust me!) and diced
- 1 large potato, peeled and diced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 turnip, peeled and diced
