Welcome, I’m Victoria!
Born and raised in Spain, I moved to Illinois in the U.S. at 17, where I now live with my husband, Tim, and our two kids, Summer and Dylan. Growing up, I was the pickiest eater—if it wasn’t plain or predictable, I wouldn’t touch it. When I became a mom, I was terrified of the thought of raising picky eaters. I dreamed of my children enjoying food in a way I never did. That passion turned into a journey of discovery, learning, and sharing—starting in my kitchen, spreading to social media, and now bringing me here, sharing it all with you!
Why Good Eaters?
When I was pregnant with my daughter Summer, I obsessed over how to prevent her from following in my picky eater footsteps. I dove into research and discovered that with early exposure and repetition, you can nurture an adventurous palate from the start. As I shared recipes online, parents would often comment on my posts, “She’s such a good eater!” and I always thought, Every child can be a good eater if you start at six months! That’s when I knew I had to take what I’d learned and turn it into something meaningful. The Good Eaters series was born to simplify what I’ve learned so parents everywhere can confidently raise happy, adventurous eaters. feed them.
