Breaking the of picky eating cycle

Join me on this journey

Many parents, understandably, offer their babies foods they think their child will enjoy. However, this can often lead to missed opportunities. Instead of sticking to fruit and cereals, Good Eaters encourage parents to focus on the foods they want their child to love first. By introducing a variety of hard-to-like flavors early on—everything from broccoli to artichokes, to shrimp—we can help children develop a positive relationship with all foods, even those that may seem unfamiliar or less appealing at first.

This shift in mindset is at the heart of my work. The Good Eaters series is all about simplifying the process of introducing new foods, making it fun and approachable. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and confidence so you can raise a child who embraces food as an adventure, rather than a challenge.

I’m here to help. Through the Good Eaters series, I’m offering easy-to-follow guides that will help you introduce nutritious, delicious foods to your little one in a way that’s joyful and stress-free. By starting early and using the tools I share, you can shape your child’s food preferences and help set them up for a healthy future. It’s not just about feeding them—it’s about teaching them to love a variety of foods, develop a balanced relationship with eating, and grow up feeling confident and adventurous at the table.

Together, we can break the cycle of picky eating and give our children the gift of healthy, happy mealtimes for years to come..
